Aird & Berlis LLP is seeking a Corporate Services Legal Assistant to support a team of Law Clerks and maintain high service levels for clients. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, reliable, highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate workplace.
Two years of legal assistant experience and a post-secondary legal assistant or law clerk program are preferred. Proficiency with corporate documents, records, and standard precedents is essential.
