Join CMHA TVAMHS as a Crisis and Outreach Clinician in London, Ontario. This impactful role offers full time opportunities to support those in urgent mental health crises.

In this full-time, permanent position, you will serve as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to responding to mental health and addiction crises. You will provide immediate psychosocial support, assess individual needs, and link clients to essential community resources. Your work will focus on promoting dignity and well-being for individuals in distress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trust and rapport with clients in crisis
• Assess comprehensive functional abilities and needs
• Deliver intervention and support in person and by phone




• Conduct mental health assessments for hospitals
• Coordinate internal and external service referrals

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Credentialed and in good standing with applicable colleges
• Must pass a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• G2 Driver’s License required with vehicle access
• Experience in crisis environments or mental health
