Occupational Therapist (Contractor) – Advance Concussion Clinic
Are you an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping people regain their confidence, independence, and quality of life after a concussion? We're looking for a compassionate and motivated OT to join our growing team on a contractor basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients recovering from concussion in a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise makes a meaningful difference every day.

About the Role
You'll work with individuals recovering from concussion, providing personalized assessment and treatment plans that help them return to work, school, sport, and everyday life. Depending on your preference, your caseload can be:

Clinic-based
A combination of clinic and community visits throughout Vancouver and Surrey

Our approach is client-centered, evidence-informed, and focused on empowering people throughout their recovery journey.

What You'll Do
Assess and treat clients recovering from a concussion
Develop individualized rehabilitation plans that address cognitive, physical, emotional, and functional goals.
Support clients in returning to meaningful daily activities, work, school, and recreation.
Provide education and practical strategies to clients and their families.
Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Gain access to ConcussionRx,



our proprietary AI tool designed to help you support and guide your clients throughout their concussion recovery.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For
Registered Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in British Columbia.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A compassionate, client-first approach to care.
Experience in concussion management, return-to-work, or community rehabilitation is an asset but not required. Training and mentorship are available, and we welcome therapists who are eager to develop their skills in these areas.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle if providing community-based services.
