This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in developing mechanic training programs. With a focus on compliance and resource allocation, you will work closely with production management to optimize machine utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily maintenance and coordinate activities efficiently
• Implement effective preventative maintenance programs




• Troubleshoot production tool issues to minimize downtime
• Develop and deliver mechanic training programs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain records

Requirements:
• Millwright/Electrician certification or equivalent
• Minimum five years of relevant experience required
• Familiarity with Tool and Die environments is a plus
• Solid knowledge of PLC programming and systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
