Aon Corporation in Canada is seeking a Vice President - Senior Broker (P&C;) to lead complex mid‑market broking initiatives. The role is hybrid, based in Burlington or Toronto, with in‑country smart working policy and collaboration with Account Executives and brokers to tailor risk solutions.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance, 3+ in commercial broking, deep P&C; knowledge, solid negotiation and client service skills, and a valid RIBO licence (or to obtain within 3 months).
