Job Description We are creating a new leadership role to guide our team into its next chapter. This role is equal parts creative leader, technical translator, and change agent. While foundational knowledge of traditional production and studio workflows is required, the primary mandate is to accelerate digital-first, AI-enabled models that unlock new revenue streams, help the craft of the creative, improve speed to market, and expand creative possibility. Success in this role requires the ability to influence creative direction through innovation—ensuring that technology and making are not a downstream service, but a core creative capability from concept through execution. Responsibilities 1. Lead creative led Production Transformation.



Identify and pilot AI tools across ideation, design, motion, editing, versioning, and localization Redesign workflows to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and future-proof delivery 2.
