Position Description Liaise with Manufacturing Team members and Leadership related to a Lean Project assigned to the selected Students Conduct analysis with multiple departments related to the project scope as defined by Leadership Communicate with Team Members regarding the problem statement and collect opportunities /solutions Develop a project plan with tasks and timelines Coordinate / facilitate internal meetings with key subject matter experts related to project goals Interface with Managers and Senior Leaders to report project status Provide a presentation with your recommendations and solutions Retain all documentation related to the project for ongoing use within the business Provide a final presentation on your experience with Land Systems Canada during your summer. What you were able to both learn & take away from the experience Required Qualifications Enrolled in University Degree or College Diploma program in relevant discipline.
