The role requires a Qualified Educator License and Teacher of Students who are Blind or Visually Impaired Endorsement. You will provide tailored instruction, evaluation, and unique curricular support to students, while collaborating closely with IEP teams. Strong data collection skills and cultural responsiveness are crucial to effectively meet diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel between schools for direct instruction and evaluation
• Teach orientation and mobility skills to students
• Collaborate with IEP teams to enhance student learning




• Provide consultation to staff on instructional modifications
• Use assistive technology in lessons

Requirements:
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Teacher of Students who are Blind or Visually Impaired Endorsement
• Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS)
• Experience with high school and Transition level students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
