Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / ProjectLeader to lead large-scale, complex application development initiatives. Thesuccessful candidate will oversee project delivery across scope, budget,timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder engagement while ensuringsuccessful outcomes in highly visible and mission-critical environments.

Managestakeholder expectations and project interdependencies.

Ensureprivacy, security, and compliance-related deliverables are completedsuccessfully.

Leadtechnical teams and facilitate collaboration across business and technicalgroups.

Required Qualifications

Agile Project Management Experience

10+years of hands-on Project Management experience managing large, complexapplication development projects.

7+years of experience managing Agile/Iterative/Scrum projects.





7+years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.

Experienceusing Jira for backlog and sprint management.

Experiencecreating and managing project schedules, plans, risk logs, issue logs, andstatus reporting.

Experiencemanaging project resources and delivery teams.

3+years of experience managing multiple complex public sector CRM platformprojects concurrently.

Experiencemanaging governance, architecture review processes, and project approvalcheckpoints.

Leadership, Facilitation and Communication Skills

Demonstratedability to lead project teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Excellentverbal and written communication skills.

Provenability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under aggressivetimelines.

Abilityto communicate complex technical information to business stakeholders.

Strongnegotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.

Experiencemanaging challenging stakeholder discussions and executive communications.

Technical Skills

5+years of experience managing technical resources engaged in:

Developmentand configuration

Testing

Platformupgrades and maintenance
