Your Responsibilities





You'll provide executive administrative support to senior HR leadership and assist the broader HR team with daily operations.

You'll coordinate recruitment activities, including posting opportunities, scheduling interviews, preparing candidate communications, and supporting onboarding.

You'll maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with document retention requirements.

You'll support the administration and integrity of the Human Capital Management system, preferably Dayforce.

You'll coordinate HR projects, prepare documentation, monitor progress, and produce reports to support informed decision-making.

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives, training coordination, health and safety activities, and employee programs.

Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR administration or Human Resources coordination.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices. CHRP designation, or progress toward one, is considered an asset.

Working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, including the Canada Labour Code, Employment Standards Act, Official Languages Act, and Human Rights Act.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Human Capital Management systems, preferably Dayforce.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
