Lead the second shift as a Manufacturing Supervisor in Nuclear Components. Oversee machining, welding, and assembly tasks while ensuring compliance and safety at our Peterborough, Ontario facility.
As a Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you will manage production activities during the second shift, fostering a culture of safety and compliance with ASME standards and nuclear quality protocols. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, your focus will be on coordinating workflow, addressing production issues, and enhancing efficiency across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead machining, welding, and assembly to meet delivery schedules
• Promote nuclear safety while ensuring compliance with procedures
• Monitor workflow and production schedules for efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
• Verify adherence to procedures and qualifications requirements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, including supervision
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience in nuclear or regulated environments preferred
• Knowledge of ASME Section III and nuclear quality programmes preferred
• Robust leadership and communication skills for production management
