We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Washington, Iowa . This opportunity includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient therapy , offering variety in caseload and the chance to work with patients across different stages of recovery.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, medically complex, and general mobility-related conditions.
Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
Support patients in both inpatient and outpatient therapy environments.
Collaborate with physicians,



nursing staff, OT, SLP, and case management as needed.
Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
