Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Oversee Production, Supply Chain & Logistics, Shipping & Receiving
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Oversee a unionized workforce
- Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a Metal fabrication environment
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Union Experience
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
