Position Summary
The position will be responsible for delivering outstanding financial services to a diverse book of in-house clients , including high-net-worth households . The role includes leadership responsibilities, providing guidance to the Associate Advisor and contributing to strategic business growth through client retention and the expansion of assets under management. Th is is a fully office-based role with a broad range of responsibilities that are expected to expand as the company continues to grow.

What you will do
Work alongside the senior advisor as part of a planned succession strategy to learn, transition, and ultimately assume responsibility for the existing book of business

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, objectives and aspirations in relation to their household’s wealth & estate requirements

Provide and maintain comprehensive financial projections and plans to clients

Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring client satisfaction and clear understanding of their investments and the relation to those investments to their plan and external economic and risk factors

Integrate and execute insurance, tax and estate planning as part of ongoing service plans

Utilize the dealer technology and communication suite to grow, retai n and service clientele efficiently

Develop deep expert ise o n LP products and service offerings

Lead and coach office administrative team to effectively manage client relationships

What you will bring
University degree

Completion of CSC/IFIC required

Accredited financial planning designation (CFP, RFP, PFP)

Mutual fund and Life insurance licensed

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry

Comprehensive financial planning knowledge including investments, asset protection,



retirement, estate planning, cash management and tax issues

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience using financial projection software

Additional estate and/or tax courses

Excellent relationship skills – ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and associates

Superior verbal and written communication & presentation skills

able to effectively explain financial strategies and confirm understanding

able to explain ideas in a concise and clear manner to a diverse audience

able to communicate with confidence considering the impact of the message

A ttentive listener: ability to interpret underlying or indirect messages and is adept at confirming understanding

Superior time management, multi- tasking and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Ability to work as part of an interdependent team and individually when required . Works well with autonomy and is an excellent communicator in a contemporary, flexible work environment

Goal oriented/results focused: establishes goals, develops action plans and follows-up to achieve results

Self motivated – ability to determine appropriate client service strategies and works consistently towards those objectives with minimal supervision; acts quickly and decisively

Demonstrates integrity – conducts all aspects of business in a professional manner within the highest level of ethical standards.

Attention to detail and follow-through skills

Excellent computer skills – proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial planning software

Standard office environment

Occasional travel to meet clients and corporate events.

The base salary for this position is between $64,800 - $107,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process,
