Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Talent Development, you will support employee advancement and improve organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR, stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to craft engaging programs that meet strategic business priorities, such as onboarding and leadership training. Your experience designing training content and understanding development needs will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end learning solutions aligned with company needs
• Facilitate workshops for individual contributors and managers




• Collaborate on development needs and relevant content
• Manage company’s LMS and build learning paths
• Evaluate learning initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development
• Post-secondary education in related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office and E-Learning tools
• Solid facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to travel 10-15%
