This role reports to the Project Manager within a energetic multifamily construction team. You will assist in project coordination tasks including draw management, scheduling, and comprehensive document review. Your support will enhance the professionalism and efficiency of Edge Construction's projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating multifamily projects
• Manage project schedules and documentation effectively
• Generate reports and handle project file management
• Provide general support to construction staff and management




• Participate in quality assurance meetings for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• 1+ year of construction project coordination experience
• Completion of BCIT Building Technology Program (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with Autocad and Procore is a plus
