What You’ll Need Completion of secondary school




Red Seal Millwright or Industrial Mechanic journeyperson ticket
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Basic underground common core modules
Minimum three years of experience as an industrial mechanic
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
Willingness to work in confined spaces and demanding underground conditions
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts (14 on, 14 off, 12-hour days only)
Must supply own tools
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
