Working under the guidance of the General Foreman, your key function involves operating a haul truck at the Syncrude Aurora site. Experience in driving mining/off-highway trucks is essential, including conducting necessary equipment checks and adherence to safety regulations. A clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license are required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate haul trucks for material movement in projects
• Conduct pre-operational checks and clean trucks as needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt work strategies




• Participate in meetings to improve jobsite safety
• Notify supervisors of maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid class five driver’s license with a clean record
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required
• Must have CSTS and OSSA or equivalent certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
