Your background in real estate will allow you to ensure every contract meets compliance while managing tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and ensure accuracy of deal files until closing
• Review contracts and data entries in Skyslope




• Manage all types of real estate transactions efficiently
• Request additional documentation from agents when necessary
• Confirm required documentation is complete before closing

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in real estate transactions processing
• Knowledge of provincial real estate requirements
• Proficient in G-Suite and Skyslope
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills
