As a Construction Technologist, you will engage in cost estimating, scheduling preparation, and field coordination for construction activities. This position requires a solid understanding of standards and codes in your discipline, along with excellent analytical and project management skills. Your contributions will include technical direction to field crews and maintaining accurate project financials, ensuring project success from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and schedules for projects




• Conduct quantity takeoffs and risk assessments
• Collaborate with suppliers for material and equipment procurement
• Review cost and progress reports regularly
• Advise project teams on discrepancies or changes needed

Requirements:
• Five years of construction or project management experience
• Diploma or degree in a construction-related field
• Strong computer application skills
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Valid class five driver’s license
