Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls from customers and brokers
• Take first notice of loss for new claims
• Assign services like rentals for claims
• Answer questions regarding existing claims
• Assist in Auto claims handling as necessary

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service role
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Claims experience is an asset
• CIP designation or progress towards it is an asset
