What You’ll Need

- Certified Journeyperson Electrician or equivalent recognized electrical certification
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial processing,



or grain handling facilities
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in industrial electrical systems
- Working knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and secure work practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Experience in grain handling, agricultural processing, or food manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with automated production systems and process controls
- Additional industrial maintenance or mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance practices
