as well as Fund and investment performance metric trackingReview NAV packs (or working papers) prepared by external Fund Administrators to ensure accuracy and completenessManage Fund capital activity, liquidity and forecasting, including investor queries and compliancePresent quarterly significant transactions to senior managementWork with various external service providers to ensure information provided to investors is accurate and provided on a timely basisReview of support and working papers for investor K-1s and Canadian tax TBsPrepare internal and external audit requests and maintain appropriate control documentationThorough understanding of the complex legal structures of the various Funds and the related impact on funds flows and consolidationAssist with analysis of complex accounting issues that ariseAssist with process improvements to the reporting processSpecial projects & ad hoc requests as requiredRequirementsUniversity degree (business or accounting an asset)Professional accounting designation (CPA/CA)Minimum of five years of progressive work experience in finance and/or accounting functionsExperience in private funds and knowledge of the investment management industry, and experience dealing with complex ownership structures would be an assetDemonstrated leadership ability and initiativeExcellent analytical,
