What You’ll Need Certified Journeyperson Electrician or equivalent recognized electrical certification
Experience in manufacturing, industrial processing,



or grain handling facilities
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in industrial electrical systems
Working knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
What Will Make You Stand Out Experience in grain handling, agricultural processing, or food manufacturing environments
Familiarity with automated production systems and process controls
Additional industrial maintenance or mechanical maintenance experience
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Knowledge of predictive maintenance practices
