About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology strategy and engineering organization. The CTO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, with a focus on the company’s transformation into a fully AI-enabled intelligence business. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in technology, particularly in the areas of AI engineering, reverse engineering R&D;, and IT support. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the enterprise technology strategy, aligning it with the corporate strategy, and leading technology investment planning. They must have a proven track record in scaling engineering organizations, deep expertise in cloud infrastructure,



data architecture, and modern software development practices, and experience with AI/ML platforms.
The ideal CTO for the company will have at least 15 years of experience in technology leadership, with a background in or familiarity with the semiconductor, EDA, materials science, or technology intelligence industry. Key responsibilities include overseeing the applied AI and R&D; agenda, driving engineering capabilities, and ensuring that the technology organization meets the company’s cybersecurity, data governance, and AI threat management requirements. The role also involves organizational leadership, building a high-performance engineering culture, and partnering with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives. The candidate should be a robust communicator, collaborative, and data-driven, with a commitment to talent development and organizational health. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical discipline is required, and experience with export control frameworks, IP protection, or compliance in a technology or research environment is a strong asset.
