Slalom is seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Consultant to join our Toronto team. You will drive customer transformations by leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services, shaping strategies, and delivering end-to-end contact center solutions.
This role requires 3+ years of consulting experience, strong communication, and a track record of leading complex deployments. Hybrid work with potential in office as needed; base salary range is CAD 110,000–135,000 plus potential discretionary bonus.
