Strive Recruitment Inc. is supporting a leading global real estate investment management organization by hiring an Accounting Manager (Compensation Accounting).
The role reports to the Director, FP&A; and runs a specialized team responsible for employee compensation costs across a global business. You will oversee accounting, reporting, forecasting and analysis tied to compensation, partnering with Payroll, HR and Tax to drive accurate global results.
