Finning Canada is seeking a permanent, full time Labour Relations Advisor to support business leaders, HR teams and union reps across multiple regions. The role includes interpreting collective agreements, guiding union relations, and serving as a company spokesperson in meetings and bargaining sessions.

Based in Surrey, Kamloops, or Prince George, you will build strong union relationships, provide training, and ensure compliant labour relations practices across provinces.
