The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with reputable general contractors known for corporate interiors, such as Ross Clair, CAS, Arguson, Jesslin, or equivalent firms. Candidates with broader ICI experience are also encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Execution Management:Lead project teams through all phases, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring explicit communication.Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.Quality Assurance:Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.Financial Oversight:Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures,
