As a vital team member at OZZ Electric BC, you'll leverage your Journeyperson Electrician ticket to directly impact our ambitious projects. You will oversee the installation of electrical equipment, all while mentoring both apprentices and Journeypersons. Your knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code is essential as you navigate challenges and maintain high safety standards across our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install electrical equipment per blueprints and Canadian Electrical Code
• Observe installed equipment functions, identifying hazards and needs for change




• Mentor apprentices and Journeypersons on-site during installations
• Create and manage essential safety documentation
• Conduct drawing reviews and necessary updates
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Electrician ticket (Red Seal) required
• Experience with high-rise and commercial new construction
• Solid understanding of Canadian Electrical Code
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Field Safety Representative ticket is a plus
