Overview Building Ontario Fund (BOF) is seeking an indefinite full-time Analyst, Loans Modelling & Administration. This job posting represents an existing vacancy. In this role, you’ll report to the Manager, Loans Administration & Compliance and be accountable for financial analysis, modelling, and scenario analysis to support portfolio monitoring and risk assessment. This role supports post‑close administration of BOF investments, including compliance tracking, funding and repayment processes, project monitoring, and maintaining accurate portfolio data for assigned loans and financing instruments, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, working collaboratively with Investment, Finance, and other BOF teams, as well as external partners and government agencies, to protect and enhance the long-term value of BOF’s infrastructure investments and ensure alignment with BOF’s strategic objectives and public policy mandates. Your potential start date : early to mid-April 2026. Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of financial models to assess project performance and portfolio risk. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate impacts of key assumptions and changing conditions. Compile and interpret financial data to support credit assessments, forecasting, and internal reporting. Prepare clear analysis summaries that translate modelling outputs into actionable insights for stakeholders. Monitor portfolio KPIs and trends, identifying early indicators of performance changes. Borrower & Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate borrowers’ engagements with clarity and professionalism, proactively building and reinforcing relationships with borrowers, advisors, and external counterparties to support accurate guidance and efficient deal execution. Facilitate routine and ad-hoc communications with borrowers to gather required information, clarify reporting expectations, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Support stakeholder meetings and calls by preparing materials, summarizing key discussion points, and ensuring follow‑up items are tracked and completed. Communicate proactively with borrowers and internal partners to resolve administrative questions, confirm data accuracy, and maintain alignment on funding, reporting, and compliance requirements. Compliance Monitoring & Administration Support the day‑to‑day administration of loans post‑close, including monitoring borrower and investee compliance with financing agreements, covenants, and reporting requirements. Assist in the maintenance of accurate investment records and in preparing timely reports for senior management, Board Committees, government partners, auditors, and other stakeholders. Support the implementation of loan administration and compliance tracking systems. Assist with onboarding new investments, help address ongoing administrative matters and contribute to process improvements as needed. Funding and Repayments Support the processing of fund disbursements and ensure the timely receipt of principal and interest payments in accordance with agreed schedules and cash flow forecasts. Assist with coordinating funding, debt service,



and repayment activities by gathering required information and maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with Finance by preparing information for wire transfers and providing required data for accounting entries related to funding and repayment activities. Investment Performance and Risk Exposure Monitor financial and operational performance indicators to assess investment health and evolving risk profiles. Identify risk triggers (e.G., payment delays) and contribute to credit rating updates and early intervention strategies. Support the Manager, Loans Administration & Compliance to assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support impairment provisioning as needed. What we’re looking for Education & experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in financial modelling, portfolio analytics, or related quantitative finance work. Experience with project financing, particularly during the construction phase, preferred but not required . Experience in loans administration and compliance, preferred but not required . Solid understanding of financial analysis, modelling, scenario analysis and credit risk monitoring. Working knowledge of loan documentation, covenant compliance, repayment structures, and portfolio monitoring throughout the loan lifecycle. General understanding of commercial investment practices and public‑sector requirements, particularly in relation to project financing and private market investments. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements. Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The expected salary for this role is CA$105,000 for candidates who meet the stated qualifications, with the potential for up to CA$110,000 if experience and qualifications exceed the requirements AND would provide significant additional value to the role.
