We offer a dynamic work environment with a highly experienced technical team, where you will be offered guidance and hands on training and continuously be challenged in all aspects of the engineering and design process.What You'll Do:Technical & Project LeadershipProvide technical oversight and leadership to the civil/structural design teamSupport the substation physical layout engineering team with civil and structural components of the design including earthworks, stormwater management, structures and foundationsSupport the transmission line engineering team with complex structures and foundationsManage and lead engineering-only projects and ensure budget/schedule adherenceReview and approve designs, perform quality checks, and complete complex technical designsForecast workload and assist in resourcing effortsManagement & ReportingTrack engineering progress and provide weekly updates to senior managementTrain new hires and mentor junior staffMaintain deep knowledge of client and industry standardsEngineering & Procurement SupportAct as technical SME for civil/structural sub-disciplines within the broader ENTRUST teamDevelop technical specifications for civil and structural construction tenders,



evaluate bids and provide recommendationsDevelop and maintain industry relationships with vendors including engineering sub-contractorsAuthor technical content and provide estimating support for proposal submissionsComplete technical studies and prepare reportsAct as SME to support permitting and regulatory effortsClient Relations & Business DevelopmentMaintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development strategyIdentify new clients and participate in marketing activitiesSafety & Site SupportPromote Safety in Design principlesTravel as needed for site visits and construction supportRequired Qualifications:Broad depth of technical knowledge in civil and structural components for high voltage facilities12 + years' work experienceBS in Civil Engineering, or similarP.
