This role plays a key part in ensuring products, processes, and systems consistently meet internal, regulatory, and customer expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening quality systems, reducing defects, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence across operations. Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Leading and maintaining the site’s Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness Ensuring quality procedures, standards, and work instructions are current, understood, and consistently followed Monitoring quality performance metrics and identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Investigating nonconformances and customer issues using structured root-cause analysis methodologies Driving corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects, rework, and waste Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve process capability and product quality Developing, training, and coaching quality team members to build technical capability and engagement Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring timely closure of findings Leading or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives tied to quality and operational performance Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing or operations environment Strong working knowledge of quality systems, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies Demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or initiatives with measurable outcomes Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes,
