The successful candidate will report to thePlant Supervisorand will work theafternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM .Your Role at a GlanceAs a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations while leading, coaching, and developing a young and motivated team. You will ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate production staff in their daily activitiesExecute and monitor the established production plan to meet operational goalsTrain, coach, and support team members to enhance performance and engagementEnsure quality control standards are maintained from raw materials through finished productsEnforce health, safety, and operational policies and proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in a timely mannerCollaborate closely with other production teams to ensure smooth operationsQualifications & Experience3–5 years of experience supervising or managing a production teamCollege diploma or bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (considered an asset)Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on leadership styleWhat’s in It for YouHands-on,
