Role: Field Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Field Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for leading field crews while actively participating in project execution. This individual will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise field crews.
- Perform and oversee:




- Industrial degreasing
- Dry ice cleaning
- Temporary hoarding installation
- Abrasive blasting
- Industrial coatings application
- Industrial vacuuming
- High-pressure water jetting
- Ventilation equipment setup and operation
- Coordinate field activities with the Field Coordinator.
- Maintain quality standards and safe work practices.
- Complete daily documentation and communicate project progress.
- Report to the Field Coordinator and upper management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supervising industrial maintenance or coating crews.
- Familiarity with Vale, Glencore, and Sudbury Basin industrial sites is preferred.
- Must not currently be banned or restricted from accessing any Ontario mining sites.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to motivate crews while maintaining productivity and safety.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to travel and work out of town when required.
- Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; however, hours may vary depending on customer and project requirements.

Position Offer

$34.00–$40.00 per hour
