Overview LFL(lflgroup.Ca) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting across our various retail divisions . This role will play a critical part in driving profitability, improving operational performance, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-minded, and experienced in a multi-division or complex retail environment. Responsibilities Lead financial analysis and reporting for various distinct retail divisions , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate goals Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans Analyze sales, franchise sales, margin, inventory, labor, and operating expenses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Partner with division leaders to support strategic initiatives , new store openings, promotions, and cost-optimization efforts Prepare various journal entries , including accruals, deferrals, allocations, reclasses,



and month-end close adjustments Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews for senior management Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business decisions Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data integrity across divisions Participate in special projects as required Qualifications Designated accountant Robust knowledge of IFRS including technical accounting and reporting requirements Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management within the organization Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the skilled trades industry considered asset Oracle (Fusion) experience is an asset Benefits Compensation: The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000, inclusive of PSP (Profit Sharing Plan).
