Key Responsibilities:
• Design and source end-to-end learning solutions
• Facilitate workshops and internal development programs
• Partner with stakeholders to understand development needs




• Evaluate learning initiatives for continuous improvement
• Manage training programs and onboarding enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Experience with Microsoft Office and E-learning tools
• Familiarity with coaching and consulting practices
• Ability to travel 15-20% for training sessions
