Your experience in small component assembly coupled with your understanding of blueprints will guide your contributions to our production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production tasks following company procedures
- Organize work to ensure traceability and accountability
- Control critical quality items for high production standards
- Maintain a clean work workplace using 5S practices
- Participate in TPM and improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Minimum high school and technical diploma
- 1-2 years of relevant assembly experience
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
