As Clinical
Manager, you will oversee clinical care and services in a 45-bed unit dedicated to seniors with mental health diagnoses. The role involves collaborating with a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and overseeing care systems to meet residents’ needs. You will play a crucial part in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of resident care services
- Maintain skilled standards and collaborative decision-making
- Lead multi-site strategic planning and quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices
- Participate in fiscal and strategic planning for the facility Requirements:
- Registered nurse with current Alberta license
- Experience in long-term care with Gerontological Nursing Certificate
- Minimum 1-2 years in leadership or charge nurse role
- Knowledge of RAI 2.0 and Quality Indicators
