In this permanent role, you will engage in challenging criminal cases, ensuring justice is served. The role encompasses bail hearings, plea resolutions, and managing complex prosecutions, directly impacting community safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assigned prosecutions for reliable, complex cases
- Provide evidence and legal arguments that are fair and complete
- Support victims of crime and their families
- Draft legal opinions and court documents professionally
- Work collaboratively with justice system stakeholders Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) required
- 0-4 years legal experience for Crown Prosecutor 1
- Active membership with the Law Society of Alberta
- Valid Alberta Motor Vehicle Operators License
