Become a key player in internal communications at GIRO as an Event Management and Communication Expert. In this role, you will focus on aligning internal communications to enhance the employee experience at GIRO.

You are expected to bring at least eight years of experience in managing employee-focused events and internal communications strategies. As part of your responsibilities, you will create content, manage events, and ensure fluid communication across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies for internal communication
- Coordinate events and optimize communication processes
- Serve as an adviser to internal clients and teams
- Manage and refine internal communication channels
- Track and analyze communication metrics for improvement Requirements:
- Degree in Communications or similar
- Eight years’ experience in internal communications
- Proven project management expertise
- Fluent in French with English proficiency
