Become the Program Director for the Youth Recovery House at The Bridge Youth & Family Services in Kelowna, BC. Lead impactful substance use treatment initiatives for youth. The Bridge is expanding and looking for a Program Director to oversee clinical operations at the Youth Recovery House.

With more than 50 years of experience supporting youth, you will play a key role in creating a secure and engaging environment. Your leadership will guide staff, ensuring that our services align with best practices in substance use recovery. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead clinical supervision for a diverse recovery team
- Ensure adherence to program standards and safety protocols
- Spearhead the development of the Youth Recovery House Phase II program
- Collaborate on community initiatives and committees
- Mentor and evaluate program staff for professional growth Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral field
- 5+ years of management experience in substance use treatment
- Experience in facility-based recovery programs
- Knowledge of youth and family dynamics
