As the AI Initiatives lead, collaborate with the Chief Information and AI Officer in evolving the organization's AI roadmap. Manage the pipeline for AI use cases, ensuring they deliver measurable results. Strong governance will be vital as you track outcomes and maintain inventory over AI solutions and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps
- Manage intake and prioritization of AI use cases
- Establish governance to monitor AI outcomes and benefits
- Maintain documentation for AI solutions and compliance standards
- Direct and nurture a team of AI specialists
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in AI or technology
- Solid understanding of AI compliance and governance
- Hands-on experience with AI and MLOps practices
- Proven success in influencing cross-functional stakeholders
