Dialogue is seeking a Trauma Intervention Responder to assist employees facing critical incidents. This on-call role requires a strong understanding of acute stress and PTSD while providing timely interventions. Your expertise will help enhance workplace wellness by addressing trauma and collaborating with our Trauma Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of acute stress and PTSD
- Intervene during crises and post-traumatic situations
- Communicate effectively with employees and managers
- Prepare clinical summaries of performed interventions
- Collaborate closely with the Trauma Coordinator
Requirements:
- University degree in psychology or related field
- License to practice from a recognized qualified association
- Liability insurance and crisis management experience
- Punctuality and flexibility for daytime interventions
- Access to a vehicle for on-call transportation
