Responsibilities

- Manage and develop personal insurance accounts, including auto and home insurance clients
- Handle customer service inquiries, policy renewals, claims, and some new business development
- Utilize broker portals to provide full-cycle service, ensuring a smooth and personalized client experience
- Build lasting relationships that foster client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications





- Must have a RIBO License
- Minimum 2 years’ brokerage experience in personal lines insurance
- Proficiency with insurance company portals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on long-term commitment
