We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Site Superintendent in London, ON and surrounding area!Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the Superintendent is responsible for providing overall on-site management, administrative direction and technical direction on project construction. This position is also responsible for enforcing Company and project policies while ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.Be the "go to" person for all site employees and subcontractorsPlan, coordinate and monitor performance to ensure the best quality and maintain project timelinesChampion of in office workplace safetyCommunicate all delays,



issues and updates to the management teamTake the lead on productivity issues and monitor work performance and efficiency of employees and subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedules are followed5 - 10 years of site supervision experience (or similar)Technical trade diplomaKnowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineer drawings and other documentsSense of responsibility, initiative and accountabilityExcellent communication skills and a "get 'er done" attitudeAbility to travel a mustMagil Construction values diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
