Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality records documentation and turnover processes
- Develop quality closeout plans and monitoring dashboards




- Coordinate verification and submission of quality records
- Identify and track documentation deficiencies
- Lead and mentor quality coordinators and specialists
Requirements:
- Certified Engineering Technologist or equivalent
- 10+ years in infrastructure construction
- 5+ years in Quality or Handover Management
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
