Do you have a passion for cars? Maclin Ford is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our growing team. The perferred candidate will have Ford Parts Department Experience and be able to work cooperatively in quick paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Use of Snap-on Cataloguing Program
- Use of CDK (DMS) to provide accurate sales and quotes to internal and external customers
- Answer Telephone calls and respond to internet and email requests
- Receive payment from retail customers
- Accurate picking of orders for shipment
- Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager

Qualifications and Skills

- Microcat/Snap on Catalogue Experience
- Experience using a DMS (CDK is an asset)
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills




- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Self motivated team player as well as an individual contributor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
