Eco Property Maintenance is a rapid growing, systems driven landscape maintenance company based in North Vancouver. We specialize in strata and commercial maintenance & Snow Removal, delivering consistent, high quality service across the entire Lower Mainland.

The Role

You are responsible for leading a landscape maintenance crew day-to-day and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard. You will help with training and guiding new team members while being in charge of your own truck, tools and equipment. As well as be representing the company on-site and interacting with customers from time to time.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small crew (2–4 people)

Execute daily maintenance tasks at a high level





Ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard

Train and support team members

Communicate with management and report issues

Maintain equipment and vehicle standards

Basic administrative duties (receipts, time tacking etc.)

Requirements

2+ years landscape maintenance experience

Leadership experience preferred

Strong work ethic and accountability

Ability to manage time and crew performance

Class 5 license (preferred)

Ability to drive with a trailer (preferred)

Compensation

Higher hourly wage + production bonus, reviews bonuses and more.
