Construction Carpenter

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join their commercial tenant improvement team in the Lower Mainland. This role involves working on-site at various commercial projects, focusing on repairs, maintenance, and small-scale improvements in occupied spaces. Responsibilities

- Travel to project sites across the Lower Mainland.
- Perform drywall repairs and painting.
- Install doors, flooring, T-bar ceilings, windows, baseboards, washroom accessories, door hardware, millwork, wood backing, and cabinetry.
- Complete minor wood and steel stud framing tasks.
- Address deficiency repairs as needed.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by the Operations Service Manager.

Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience as a Service Carpenter.
- Red Seal certification in Carpentry an asset.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in carpentry, preferably in commercial construction and tenant improvements.
- Experience with commercial finishing carpentry and deficiency repairs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience using safety and timecard applications.
- CSA-approved safety footwear.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Able to work flexible hours to meet project needs.

Pay: $35.00-$43.00 per hour
